“ Stumbled upon this adorable café on a date. They were playing romantic music and had all the little lamps on. We got coffee, played dinosaur top trumps (lots of games and books on the shelves!) and chatted until almost closing. LOVED the décor, overall chill vibes, super lovely staff and just wait until you see the hidden library in the basement... ”
“ Cute little place, me and my sister came for drinks and nibbles and the staff were helpful and friendly but didn’t bother us much as we spent couple hours sat enjoying place on a hot day. Had great nachos and some beers. Toilets really clean but down stairs so not accessible. Lovely outdoor benches nice for sunny day, lots of cozy seats and interesting decor. Cute for solo hang, dates and time with friends. Nice it was chill adult vibe on weekend, clear signs about laptops and working etiquette for weekdays. Simple menu but seemed really good quality ingredients. Good veggie options. ”
“ Cozy little cafe with a lovely vibe and tasty, affordable drinks and foods. Would absolutely recommend for anybody looking for somewhere to chat and unwind. That said, although I fully respect the no laptops policy on weekends, I do wish the time limit was a little longer on weekdays. Even if it was tied to buying another coffee or two, this cafe feels like the perfect place to get some work done while enjoying an iced latte(s). 90 minutes of work time just feels a bit on the shorter end for a time of the week when a lot of people are looking for somewhere comfy to be productive in. ”
“ Such a cute little Café. It's just a short walk from Tower Bridge and the prices and people are so much lower than if you go to a Café directly in the centre there. It is self service but the very nice staff bring the items to you after you ordered. It is very cozy and sweet (they even give their plants names and Pablo was such a nice companion) and the food and drinks are amazing. Totally recommend! ”
“ Very cute place in Tower bridge area for coffee snacks and drinks ! Staff is super polite and friendly and the place is tidy and clean !! There’s also a downstairs library Also it’s a free Prosecco glass Tuesday which was a very pleasant surprise:) Will be def coming back ! ”
“ {I came back for the third time after the response from the owner} The wrap was much better this time, iced coffee was ok but standard. Unfortunately the service was still the same, the girl was still not giving me a single smile looking emotionless that it feels like the vibe of the place. I have been leaving reviews for years and I always give 5 stars and good reviews whenever I could because I value good efforts and services and want people to know about this place. I would add another star to the food but service remains low. It’s the first time ever I pop into a cafe greeting the staff warmly with a cold response, not one time but three times. The first time, if your wife is blond lady she did smile but was at the end. I came here very happy finding this place trying to chat up and it was cold not until the very end m. she did smile after I said I wanted to come back as I just moved into the area. Second time all of the staffs there look disorganised and unhappy. We had to ask for cutlery and the staff was slow and seemed distracted, most importantly emotionalless which my friend agreed. None of them can small talk or trying to give a welcoming attitude despite this is a local business. I would return but definitely not frequently. There is some great things about this place that I really like plus the convenience.. I will keep the service rating low until I feel like there is an improvement as I stay true to my reviews. —— original response ——- Came here twice, both times received very bad service. There are a few waitresses and it wasn’t busy, yet it felt like there is no efficiency almost unorganised. The staff have no smiles and chat to other staffs when she was already place with me.The avocado on toasts looks so bad for that price. The coffee is average. What a shame because I was so excited finding this place and wanted to come back more often. The decor and atmosphere are stunning. This is very put off, my friend was here with the second time and said the same thing. ”
“ It is an extremely cozy and pleasant place. The food and coffee are good. ”
“ Amazing café with lots of coffees made out of good quality ingredients and lovely spot to hang out for a drink after work. Had a glass of good wine and a matcha latte (not together) and really enjoyed the environment and the vibe. Recommended ”
